It's a remake of David Bowie's "It Ain't Easy. Don't know who the band is though.

The music has some of the same qualities but the vocals on the vid version is much different.

The David Bowie part I was aware of ata least I understood the lyrics where his. Thanks man!! I guess its the first time I heard this version.

I had that album 20-something years ago, but the vid didn't sound the same. I think its a cover.
