Hey was just checking is the 10mm ultratech a class 1 double braid splice??

Nope, it's a core dependent Class II.

Oh ok then thanks. How would i go about splicing this into a footlocking prussic??

If it were me, I'd not use UT, I'd go with Beeline, HRC, Ice Tail, anything that didn't have a majority of poly making up the cover. UT and Tennex have the same cover, Tennex is more wear resistant, but they both suck compared to non poly variants mentioned above.

I would use a locking brumnel on both ends with a tapered bury.
