Alternative stopper knot in climbing rope.

Nick could the end whipping be used instead of a stopper knot in your climbing rope?

Also has anyone tried the used double braid class 1 eye splcie??

I spliced up beeline 10mm and found it so easy!!!

I've used the whipping on the ends as a stopper. I have it whipped then also stitched as a back up.

There is potential that a lot of force could be put on that stopper, so make sure it is ready for it.

Class 1 double braid is a fun splice!

Used double braid climbing lines suck to splice. Matter of fact I dislike splicing double braid climbing lines anyways, much easier to watch Nick do it.
